Hawaii’s Kīlauea volcano, one of the world’s most active, has started to erupt once again. Officials said the volcano, which sits on the state’s Big Island, started to erupt in the early hours of Dec. 23, and that lava fountains surpassed 260 feet as lava bombs were ejected from the vents of the caldera floor.
