Had an absolute blast today at World Gym in Tuggerah. Lilly @embody.form_ was mean enough to introduce me to the Nordic Drop and of course I got way too excited the moment I saw a machine I had never touched before. She was cool enough to walk me through it and honestly we were cracking up the whole time. Great laughs and an absolutely unreal exercise. This one is a must try if you want to level up your hamstring game.
