Here’s my whole process: 1. Prep first! Empty the dishwasher, sink and wipe down the counters. 2. Mise en place. Gather ingredients, lay everything out neatly. 3. Active cooking. Dishes go directly into the dishwasher. Contain spills. 4. Maximize your buffer time. While food is simmering, boiling, baking take advantage. Set the table, put away ingredients. 5.
