In Florence County, South Carolina, three suspects have been arrested in the death of a woman who wanted a puppy. Authorities believe the murder could be retaliation for another murder in a nearby county. The Sheriff's Office reports that its units responded to a vehicle on fire on Atlantic Road in Effingham, South Carolina on January 22.
